Plant Sale Schedule
Sale Day 
Saturday May 4

7:15 am        

• Holding Area Set-Up volunteers arrive for early set-up and preparation. 

 
Time varies based on job   

• All volunteers should wear hat, name tag and register for prize draw
• Volunteers meet with their coordinator at arranged time and location

 
8:00 am  

• ​Kitchen coffee started, security and greeters in place.

 
8:30 am

• All volunteers in place and ready to serve customers.
• Survey starts
• Garden Gear and Sea Soil Vouchers begin selling

 
9:00  am       

• THE SALE BEGINS!

 
11:50 am

• Customers advised sale ends in 10 minutes by loud speaker announcement

Noon       

• THE SALE ENDS!

 
12:30  pm      

• Clean up begins. Please help in your area.
• Remaining plants placed east side of hall by driveway for Camp A pick-up.
• Tables wiped, stacked in pick-up area as directed by Logistics Coordinator.
