Holding Area Set-Up volunteers arrive for early set-upand preparation.

All volunteers should wear hat, name tag and register for prize draw
Volunteers meet with their coordinator at arranged time and location

​Kitchen in full swing, security and greeters in place.

All volunteers and areas are in place and ready to serve customers.
