Plant Sale Schedule
Set-up Day 
Friday May 3

9:00 am                 

•  Four Club tables placed in Plant Reception 

9:30 am         

•  Potting-Up Workshop Plant pick up starts 

10:00-11:00am

• Tables arrive

11:00am         

• Morning set up volunteers register 
• Morning set up volunteers meet with their coordinators
• Hall set up and signage 

          
1:30pm           

• Afternoon volunteers register 
• Afternoon volunteers meet with their coordinators
• Kitchen makes coffee; start receiving pot-luck items

1:30-4:30pm  

• Reception, sorting, distribution of plants and arranging plants on tables

2:30-4:30pm  

• Plant drop-off by members

4:00pm           

• Kitchen volunteers set up for dinner
• Pay Square Training in Family Room

5:00-5:30pm   

• Pot luck dinner, then cleanup

6:00-6:30pm   

•  Hall emptied prior to Early Plant Sale
• Volunteer Prize Draw
•  Early Plant Sale   (cashiers and kitchen staff shop first)

7:00-7:30pm      

• Final set up and security check
